Applying for a loan is a simple, uncomplicated process, involving no costs at all. All you have to do is to provide Leumi's bank representative with the information needed (listed below), and one of our helpful bank representative's will apply for you. (You can also submit this through a legal representative).
Financing rate
Leumi Mortgages offers all loans at a rate of up to 70% of the property's purchase price, without the needs for guarantors.
Financing of up to 90% is available though outside insurance provides.

- Photocopy of your and your spouse’s passport.

England
- Annual income tax report (either p-60 or p-45, from the last two years).
- Bank statements from the last three months.
- Confirmation of other income sources (if any exists).
United States
- Income tax return- 1040 form (from the last two years).
- An updated credit report.
- Bank statements clast 3 months.
France
- Individual tax report and a 2031 or 2035 (avis d'imposition), last three month's salary information(bulletin de salaire).

- Information about whether, the borrower is receives income from real estate-report 2044 and copy declaration 2072.
Canada
