Bank Leumi Mortgage allows property owners who meet the Bank’s criteria to benefit from a flexible financing framework for any purpose. You can withdraw money as you need it, up to the limit of the credit framework.
By mortgaging your apartment you can obtain a loan for renovating the house, or for helping your children, or for buying another property and for any other purposes you may wish, provided that this is in accordance with the criteria customarily applied by the Bank.
You have the possibility of mortgaging the existing property and enjoying a wide range of short-term and/or long-term loans in accordance with your needs.
